Due to the Go-Live of the SIDC (Single Intraday Coupling) project on ELES-APG and ELES-HOPS border on the 19. 11. 2019, ELES will no longer act as a Capacity allocator for the intraday timeframe on above mentioned borders. Trading on ELES-APG and ELES-HOPS border will be conducted on the SIDC platform provided by NEMOs. Additionally, Explicit Allocation will be available for the Market Participant on ELES-HOPS border. Explicit Allocation will be conducted on CMM platform provided by the SIDC project and participation is possible for Market Participants according to the Intraday explicit capacity allocation rules on ELES-HOPS border. 
In order to secure a smooth transition to the SIDC solution, capacity allocation will be closed at 20:00, on 19. 11. 2019, for all remaining hours of delivery day 19. 11. 2019. The last matching for delivery day 19. 11. 2019 with the neighbouring TSOs will be executed at 20:15. 
The system will be again in operations at 22:00, when the trading on SIDC platform will be enabled and nomination process for Explicit Participants will be enabled for border ELES-HOPS for delivery day 20. 11. 2019.
